By downloading, installing, or using Dictionberry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Dictionberry is a vocabulary game app that tests your knowledge of words and slang terms. The app includes:

• A vocabulary quiz game with multiple-choice questions
• Score tracking and high score features
• A daily play limit of 3 games per day
• Optional custom raspberry sound upload feature (unlocked at high score 10+)

User Conduct and Content Policy

When using the custom raspberry sound feature, you agree to:

• Upload only appropriate content: No offensive, explicit, hateful, violent, or otherwise inappropriate audio
• Respect others: Your custom sound is for your personal use only
• Comply with laws: Do not upload content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Own your content: Only upload audio you have the right to use

Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:

• Sexually explicit or suggestive content
• Hate speech, harassment, or bullying
• Violence or threats of violence
• Illegal activities or promotion of illegal activities
• Copyrighted material you don't have rights to use
• Spam or misleading content

Content Moderation

While custom sounds are stored locally on your device, we reserve the right to:

• Update the app to include content filtering or moderation features
• Implement reporting mechanisms for inappropriate content
• Remove features or functionality if they are misused
• Terminate access to the app for users who violate these terms

Intellectual Property

All content in Dictionberry, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Dictionberry or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Dictionberry is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dictionberry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
